I use this strictly for no animal or animal by products. Of course you are free to eat as you please and add any ingredients you like while still maintaining any version of vegan or vegetarian you like.

What does In-House Prep Chef mean?
I will fresh prep all menu items in the your home. I will wash, peel, cut, chop, prep, cook and store your food for the week-prepped and ready to grab and go. Leaving no trace, I will clean up and take any food waste to the compost!

What kind of kitchen set-up do I need?
You need to hav a basic kitchen with a working oven and stoptop burners. You also need a couple of pans, pots, cutting board, utensils and storage containers. Bonus points if you have a blender, juicer, knives, or other fun kitchen supplies.
